I do not sell fitness goods or supplements. Any products I do recommend, are based on research and because it is the intention of this website to educate, this research where-ever possible is referenced.
I do use fitness goods and supplements as well as a balanced diet for my own personal health needs and when I find something that is particularly beneficial, naturally, I write about it.
